Please do not ship your products unless you have placed an order.
We highly recommend that when shipping your products to us:
Choose a shipping method that gives you a tracking number
Purchase shipping insurance
We do not file claims for lost packages, it will be your responsibility to file claims if your product is damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that it is critical that your products be shipped in excellent condition, as all products are shot as-is, flaws included. We recommend inspecting your products by hand and sending multiple products whenever possible. If you require packaging shots, we highly recommend sending ‘flat’ versions of your packaging, as packaging is often damaged in shipping.
Also, make sure that the product you ship to us is in flawless condition, and does not contain any of the following:
• Broken parts
• Unprotected sharp edges (i.e. glass picture frame corners, gardening shears, etc)
Our photographer will be handling your product with rubber gloves to ensure the cleanliness of your images.
While we understand that a small amount of dust can be expected in the shipping process, we recommend using rubber gloves when packaging your product, if it is not already wrapped in plastic; we highly recommend using gloves when packaging products made of materials that are susceptible to fingerprints and smudges (i.e. glass, clear plastic, stainless steel, etc).
NOTE: We will return your product after we are finished with your order. If you do not wish for products returned to you let us know, we’ll either donate or discard them.
CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
When we receive your product, we will open the package and inspect it for any damage. Once our examination is complete, we will send you a confirmation receipt via email. We will contact you should we have any questions regarding the photography of your product. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns while your product is in our possession.
